With over 27 years of experience in education, I have dedicated my career to fostering positive cultures and empowering individuals to achieve their highest potential. As the Principal of Richlands High School and a former leader of multiple schools, I have successfully implemented strategies that enhance school performance, improve student engagement, and create thriving learning environments. My leadership has been recognized with honors such as Onslow County Schools Principal of the Year and Tech Savvy Administrator of the Year. Through my journey, I have seen firsthand how mindset, leadership, and teamwork can transform not only schools but also businesses and organizations.
As a Jon Gordon Certified Trainer, I have embraced and applied principles from Jon Gordon’s books to cultivate a culture of positivity and high performance. These principles have been instrumental in driving success at the schools I’ve led, and they now form the foundation of Clarkie 3 Coaching, LLC. Through keynotes, workshops, and coaching, I am passionate about helping schools, teams, and organizations harness the power of a positive mindset, develop strong leadership, and build cohesive, high-performing teams. As a dedicated educator with over 27 years of experience and Principal of Heritage Elementary School, I have spent my career fostering positive school cultures that inspire students and staff to achieve their best. With experience leading multiple schools, I have seen firsthand the impact that a positive mindset, strong leadership, and teamwork can have on a school’s success. My passion for creating a high-energy, student-centered learning environment led me to implement the Energy Bus for Schools program in two schools, the first in Onslow County, helping to build a culture of positivity, resilience, and collaboration.
As an Energy Bus for Schools Certified Trainer, I believe that positivity fuels performance, and I am committed to helping schools, businesses, and organizations harness the power of positive leadership. At Clarkie 3 Coaching, LLC, I provide workshops and coaching that empower teams to embrace a shared vision, strengthen relationships, and create lasting success.
